Staff Nest was founded in Nairobi by a hotel GM and a software engineer who were tired of watching great talent go unseen and great properties struggle to find it.

Kenya has some of the finest hospitality talent in Africa. From the warmth of a Kisumu hotel receptionist to the precision of a Nairobi head chef — the skills are here, the ambition is here. What was missing was the infrastructure to connect them to opportunities that match their potential.
Staff Nest is that infrastructure. We verify talent, make salaries transparent, and work as hard for the waiter seeking a new role as we do for the hotel group scaling across five counties. Because both deserve a platform that takes them seriously.
