About the role

Lead our award-winning kitchen brigade at one of Nairobi's most iconic hotels. You will design seasonal menus, mentor junior chefs, and uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence that Sarova is known for across East Africa.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior kitchen role
• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
• Strong knowledge of international and East African cuisines
• Proven team leadership and inventory management skills
• Food Safety certification (HACCP)
